10% discount on all other/extra treatments outside memberships terms.

minimum contract term is 6 months*
Membership will roll over past 6 months unless you cancel in writing.
Your contract starts on the date of first payment and will continue after your initial 6 months unless written notice is given the cancel or suspend your membership.
30 days cancellation period. You must send us an email to invoice@organictreatmentcompany.co.uk to cancel 30 days before you wish to cancel. Your membership will then run until the end of the following month.
Membership can be frozen for up to 1 month within the first 6 months at the discretion of OTC and will be carried forward into a 7th month.
Payment is taken via our secure payment network Go Cardless.
Payment is due on the 1st of every month.
Unused treatments cannot be rolled over into another month.
10% discount with Bronzed, Gold and Platinum on treatments outside your membership allowance only.
15% discount with VIP on treatments outside your membership allowance
Discount on product or treatment courses is not available.
Treatments are subject to availability.
Therapist preference will be given if available.
Priority pre booking is available to members only.
In the event of salon closure due to a national pandemic your membership will be put on freeze.
No cash/card refunds
Our normal cancellation policy applies to all members. If you cancel your appointment giving 48 hours or more there is no penalty.
Cancelling an appointment within 48 hours on BRONZED, GOLD OR PLATINUM will result in either one credit being deducted or 50% of the treatment cost will be charged and added to your direct debit.
Cancelling an appointment within 48 hours notice on VIP will result in 50% of the treatment cost being charged. There are no options to lose credits on VIP as it is unlimited.
Cancelling an appointment within 24 hours notice will result in 100% of the treatment cost being charged for VIP members and one full credit deducted for BRONZED, GOLD OR PLATINUM

*payment failure will result in your membership being cancelled and any outstanding payments will be due immediately for remainder of your contract. Membership prices are subject to change with one months notice and will increase in line with inflation.
